Setup Time
~5 minutesA great executive assistant doesn't wait to be asked β they see what's coming and prepare for it. The Executive Assistant is an AI agent blueprint that works the same way: scanning your email, managing your calendar, prepping you for meetings, and delivering proactive briefings β without any manual prompting.
This blueprint configures an OpenClaw agent with full Google Calendar and Gmail access, calibrated for the specific needs of an executive or senior leader.
Morning Briefing (7 AM): Every morning, the agent pulls your full calendar for the day, scans your inbox for urgent emails (especially from your VIP list and emails with high-urgency signals), checks for any follow-ups you committed to in recent meetings, and sends a structured Telegram briefing: today's schedule with one-line prep notes, urgent email summaries, and follow-ups due today. You wake up with your day already organized.
Pre-Meeting Prep: Before every external meeting, the agent researches attendees (LinkedIn, recent news, company context), pulls deal or relationship history from your CRM, and delivers a prep brief via Telegram 15 minutes before the meeting starts. You walk into every call with context β no last-minute Googling.
Email Triage: The agent reads your inbox continuously, classifying each email by urgency and category, drafting replies for emails that need a response, and surfacing only what genuinely requires your attention. Promotional email, newsletters, and FYI threads get labeled and filed without cluttering your attention.
Evening Wrap (EOD): Scans for follow-up commitments made during the day, previews tomorrow's schedule, and sends a brief to Telegram. Nothing falls through the cracks overnight.
Weekly Planning (Friday): Compiles the week's activity β meetings, decisions, commitments β and delivers a planning brief for next week's priorities.
The agent's SOUL.md is calibrated for discretion: it doesn't send emails without explicit approval, doesn't share calendar details with unknown parties, and treats sensitive information carefully.
Founders, executives, and senior leaders who spend significant time managing their own calendar, sorting through email, and walking into meetings underprepared. Most effective when you have 5+ external meetings per week and a high-volume inbox.
| File | Purpose |

USER.md | Template β VIP sender list, schedule preferences, and meeting rules |
~/.openclaw/workspace/openclaw startThe agent is configured to never: send emails without explicit approval, schedule meetings without confirming availability, share your calendar details with unrecognized contacts. These guardrails are encoded in SOUL.md and can be relaxed per your preference.
The average executive spends 2β3 hours per day on email triage, calendar management, and meeting prep that could be delegated. A human EA costs $50,000β$100,000 per year and works 9β5. This agent costs a fraction of that and runs 24/7.
More importantly, it eliminates the cognitive overhead of context-switching into admin tasks β checking email, preparing for a meeting, reviewing tomorrow's schedule β and returns that mental bandwidth to work that requires your actual judgment.
Result: walk into every meeting prepared, never miss a follow-up, and spend your best hours on the work only you can do.
