Sales Call Prep (checks every 5 minutes): Monitors your calendar for sales calls in the next 30β35 minutes. When one is detected, it automatically researches the prospect: looks up recent company news, LinkedIn profile, and pulls deal history from your CRM. It then composes a structured pre-call brief β context, recent news, deal status, talking points, and one key question to ask β and sends it to Telegram. You walk into every call prepared.
Lead Enrichment Pipeline (every 2 hours): Pulls unenriched contacts from your CRM. For each lead, it researches company size, industry, funding stage, and tech stack, then scores each against your ICP criteria (high/medium/low fit) with a written reason. Enriched records are written back to the CRM automatically.
Competitor Website Monitor (Monday 9 AM): Fetches your configured competitor pages (pricing, features, changelog) and compares them against last week's snapshots. Reports exact changes: pricing adjustments, new features, messaging shifts, and recent blog posts. Delivered to Telegram as a weekly intelligence digest.
Your agent also runs a morning pipeline digest at 8 AM (deals by stage, overdue follow-ups, today's calls) and a Friday 4 PM weekly forecast (pipeline health, deals at risk, win/loss summary).
