1. Keyword Research: Searches the web for your target keyword, fetching the top 10 results plus related searches and "People Also Ask" questions. This captures both the direct competition and the adjacent topic map that Google uses to evaluate topical authority.

2. Competitor Analysis: Fetches and reads the full content of the top 5 ranking articles. Claude analyzes them to identify:

• What topics all top articles cover (table stakes)
• What specific questions they answer
• Content gaps — valuable angles no current article covers well
• The average depth and structure of top-ranking content
• Any outdated information present opportunities to outrank with current data

3. Outline Generation: Based on the competitor analysis, generates a content outline optimized to cover everything top articles cover while filling the identified gaps. Includes H1, H2, and H3 structure with rationale for each section.

4. Full Article Writing: Claude writes a complete article to your target word count (default 2,000 words) with:
